Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with your own personally
hand-made Celtic knot earrings. No experience
necessary. Use two different size seed beads, stitch
and tie a woven beaded strip into a classic Celtic trefoil
knot to be used for a pair of pierced or non-pierced
earrings. Instructions and materials provided so you
may work on the project at home if you are unable to

buns, techniques for finishing & strategies for longlasting braids, and tips for working with all hair lengths
and textures. Perfect for moms, teens, grandparents,

SPRING GARDEN STAKES

Welcome spring by creating a set of two adorable
glass garden stakes. Choose from a variety of spring
options such as flowers, bugs and birds. Learn to nip,
score and break fusible glass to build your project.
Pick up your finished projects approximately one week
later after they are fired in the kiln.

PAINTING IN ACRYLICS

BOATING
Advance your basic stringing skills to multiple strand
jewelry, learning the three main methods. We will use
these new skills creating both a multi-strand bracelet
and a multi-strand necklace. Mother’s Day is just

gift! Students should bring their crimper pliers if they

FLIGHT OF THE BUTTERFLIES
NECKLACE

Make a wonderful Mother’s Day gift the recipient will
enjoy for years to come, or just treat yourself! Using
simple bead weaving and stringing techniques, create
a beautiful precious and petite butterfly crystal and
beaded pendant necklace.
No experience is
necessary though those with experience will likely
complete their project in a shorter timeframe. Detailed
instructions and materials are provided so that you are
able to complete your project at home if necessary.

DOODLE PLAQUES

Do you love to doodle? Have we got a fun project for
you! Participants will create a hanging plaque with
their name in Doodle Letters. Doodle will be done in
black and white, and then color will be added to parts
of the design. Bead kit included for hanging. Pick up
your finished project approximately one week later
once they are fired in the kiln.

MARYLAND BASIC BOATING SAFETY

An eight-hour course that meets the state requirements for boating and personal watercraft safety.
In order to operate a motor boat or personal watercraft, persons born after July 1, 1972, are required
by Maryland law to successfully complete this certification course. Class includes a review of
chart reading, course plotting, and marlinspike (knot tying). Youth age 13 and under must be
accompanied by a paying adult. Instructor: Loren Lustig

Celebrate spring by creating a beautiful beaded
bracelet that is as near to wearing perfume without
donning the real thing. No experience is necessary.
This is an easy project to weave using green leaves
and pink flower glass beads to create a stunning
bracelet. A fun “Mother’s Day” project “date” you &
Mom could have fun doing together making matching
