American Made Solar Panels
Our 300 watt and 520 watt solar panels are
American made by Suniva in Norcross, GA.
We build on the best for you and your family!
AGM Batteries
Our batteries are all AGM (Absorbed GlassMat). Considered to be a sealed battery,
these lead-acid chemistry batteries offer the
best in power storage, cycle-life and ability to
be deeply discharged on occasion. Our
largest 153Ah battery is made by Concorde
Battery in the USA.
Charge controllers
Our charge controllers are manufactured by
BlueSky, MidNite Solar and others. Our
systems use both MPPT and PWM charging
technologies. The larger systems employ
MPPT for extreme power capture and faster
recharge times while our smaller systems
utilize PWM for minimal loss of charging
capability from smaller panels.

Our standard L.E.D. system uses a flexible

For perimeter protection, JASPak introduces
the L.E.D. Perimeter Detection System
(PDS). Using the same base as our standard
L.E.D. system, the PDS design incorporates
additional features like integrated motion
detection and a much longer 50’ cord for
outdoor positioning.
The PDS design is aimed towards a small
footprint, discrete placement outside and the
ability to illuminate prowlers and trespassers
moving around in the dark of night when
there are no street lights. Keep your family

Systems can be built from 60 watts to 240 watts. All
JASPak panels are monocrystalline and come with
stands and the ability to be positioned and track the sun
through the day
FAST FACTS
Solar Panel Wattage: Advertised vs. Real World
Solar panels very rarely produce their advertised rated
wattage. When calculating real world power from a
solar panel, you should assume at least 75% of the rated
wattage for best case scenario. All JASPak charging and
runtime calculations use 75% of rated wattage in our
materials.
Starting with the proven JASPak generator
platform, we spent several months
developing a smaller system because our
customers are asking for it. For 2015,
JASPak is excited to introduce or new line
of systems that uses customer battery size
options and custom, multi-panel
configurations.
Design
Built inside an American made Pelican case,
we have managed to construct a system that
can accommodate battery sizes from 45Ah
to 110Ah. You choose your size!
Simple
Keeping the same features and user
experience from our flagship system, the
engineering team stayed true to JASPak
design concepts. AC power continues to be
controlled and used as needed while DC
power remains separate and efficient.
Optimized
With smaller batteries and lower input solar
wattage, these systems are capable of using
the PWM solar charging technology for fast,
reliable charging with a cost savings that is
passed on to consumers. The larger systems
will always retain the MPPT charging
technology because of the significant
maximum solar input wattage.
BATTERY EXPANSION
When adding battery packs, please be sure
expansion pack are always of the same
chemistry (AGM) and always the same Ah sizing
as the primary battery Ah size
110V and now 220V!
It is a first in solar generators! JASPak has
incorporated both common voltages
together in one unit and maintained pure
sine wave perfection! This series of JASPak
systems is now internationally compliant and
will operate at both voltages simultaneously.
Expansion
Start off with what you need, then grow to
what you want. JASPak offers battery
expansion packs as well as additional panels.
Every system is built with expansion in mind
and is ready to have additional components
added. Batteries are infinitely expandable
and solar panels are limited based on battery
size due to allowable charge currents.
Standard features
Solar panels are all equipped with stands to
maintain position and provide the ability to
track the sun. 50’ cables are also standard on
EVERY
primary solar
panel.
Additional
panels do not
require 50’
cables for use.
Primary safety
switch that removes all power from the
system when not in use. Every system and
every battery expansion pack comes with its
own home charger to keep the system fully
charged and ready to go!

one-year warranty. Consumer pays for
freight to JASPak. JASPak pays return

The JASPak 300 and 520 are both able to
have battery pack expansions added. Due to
the size of our solar charge controller, we are
at the maximum solar input on this system

Solar Charge Controller
JASPak uses MPPT technology to bring your
system to a full charge quickly by
intelligently maximizing the input voltage to
higher charge amperage. All charge
controllers come with a panel display for
quick visibility to amps and volts.
Standard features
Battery gauge displays current level of
charge. Indicator shows timeframe of most
recent full charge. The gauge is connected
directly to the battery and does not require
the main switch to be on for a quick view of
state of charge.
USB Charging
The system includes three USB power ports
that enable you to charge a variety of USB
devices. Charging current ranges from
1.25a to 2.5a and will charge most tablets,
pads and phones.
Always ready
Simple to use, simple to maintain and simply
all you need. The JASPak 300 or 520 will
provide many years of reliable service thanks
to our integrated full-time battery
maintenance system. Plug it into your house
power and it will always be 100% ready for
you when the lights go out…or if you take it

520 foldable watts
The 520 watt panel set folds and rolls. The panels close
face-to-face to protect them while in storage. When
needed, you just roll and open.

All Power, No Installation
The JASPak 300 and 520 systems utilize the same power
generation unit. Only the wattage of the solar panels
will change. Every system is a 2 piece system designed
with portability in mind.
300 watt simplicity
The 300 watt panel set is built with the same full-tilt
mount and wheeled trolley system. Fast and easy to
stow away or use at a moment’s notice.

Freight, Warranty & Returns
Shipping Information
Shipping for the JASPak Solar Generator is
done via freight as the weight and size
limitations for package companies is
exceeded. As your order ships, the freight
carrier will be in contact with to schedule
delivery. Freight delivery charges are for
delivery to your local terminal and customer
can pick up at the dock. There is an
additional charge posed by freight
companies for residential/lift gate service
beyond the terminal. This service can be
ordered at an additional cost.
Once the shipment has been handed to the
freight carrier, you will be notified via email
with any available tracking and delivery
information we may have.
Shipping time varies from time of order, but
we generally have your unit out within 2
weeks/14 days.
Return Information
JASPak Solar Generators carry a 30 day
return policy. If, for any reason, you decide to
return your JASPak Solar Generator, you
must contact us and request an RMA for the
return within 30 days of receipt. Upon
assignment of an RMA number, the
customer will be responsible for all costs
associated for the return. There is a 15%
restocking/reconditioning fee for ALL
returns. All returns must be in 100% perfect
operating and re-saleable condition and in
the original packaging with all
documentation. If there are any repairs,
functional or cosmetic, that must be made to
put the JASPak Solar Generator back into
original, saleable condition, the associated
costs will be deducted from the refund
amount after the 15%
restocking/reconditioning fee.
Refunds for returns are for product cost and
associated taxes only minus the 15%
restocking/reconditioning fee. There are NO
REFUNDS for shipping costs. THERE ARE
NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
Warranty Information:
As of September 1, 2012, JASPak Portable
Power Solutions warrants the JASPak Solar
Generator to be free of defects in material
and workmanship for 1 year from the date of
purchase. This does not apply to conditions
resulting from misuse, negligence, accident,
improper installation or alteration.
Warranty is VOID on any JASPak Solar
Generator that has been modified in any way
other than the original equipment design.
We reserve the right to make the
determination if the JASPak Solar Generator
has been subject to abuse, improper
installation or alteration. If warranty work is
not approved due to one or more of the
reasons stated previously, customer must
pay shipping to have part returned to them.
We reserve the right to repair/replace parts
as we see fit. We do not cover return
shipping costs. At no time will a refund be
given on a warranty. If parts are not
available, a replacement part will be given at
the time one becomes available. The entire
JASPak Solar Generator system MUST be
returned, before a warranty will be given.
Only the original purchaser of the part is
eligible for the warranty and customers must
provide proof of purchase within 1 year for
warranty to be honored. Our liability at no
time shall exceed the amount of the original
sale. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO
THIS POLICY.
