State and local agencies, parents and private service providers work together to plan and provide services to children who have serious emotional or behavioral problems; who may need residential care or services beyond the scope of standard agency services; who need special education through a private school program; or who receive foster care services. Throughout Virginia, teams known as Community Policy and Management Teams (CPMTs) implement the Comprehensive Services Act as specified by the Code of Virginia. The governing bodies of Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church work jointly to implement the CSA locally through the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT) -- with the goal of strengthening and reuniting families. • Albemarle County Cheryl Lewis, Coordinator Albemarle CSA Albemarle County DSS 1600 5th Street, Suite A Charlottesville, VA 22902 (434) 872-4533 phone (434) 872-4518 FAX [email protected] • Augusta County Ms. Lisa Dunn, Coordinator Shenandoah Valley Social Services 68 Dick Huff Lane Verona, VA 22204 (540)213-3680 phone (540)245-5880 FAX [email protected] Erin Rowland, Coordinator Albemarle CSA Albemarle County DSS 1600 5th Street, Suite A Charlottesville, VA 22902 (434) 872-4011 ext 3836 phone (434) 872-4518 FAX [email protected] • Bath County Ms. Kim Brown, Coordinator Bath DSS 65 Courthouse Hill Rd Warm Springs, VA 24484 (540)839-7271 phone (540)839-7278 FAX [email protected] ov • Amherst County Ms. Joni Tables, Coordinator Amherst CSA 224 Second Street Amherst, VA 24521 (434)946-9398 phone (434)946-9397 FAX [email protected] • Appomattox County Amy Wallen, Coordinator Appomattox County P.O.
