European Integration in Swedish Economic Research The purpose of this conference is to explore to what extent Swedish economic research provides insight and
solutions on the ongoing developments in the area of European integration – specifically issues related to economic developments and economy-related policy areas. The papers and research-sessions relate to the following

The conference is interdisciplinary – or multidisciplinary – in that several economic disciplines are represented:
economics, economic history, economic geography, economic psychology and management. The policy perspective on some of the issues above is represented by the participation of decision makers in the relevant areas from
politics and business. This perspective is aired through one or several keynote speeches each conference day
