1. The Judicial Officers shall be under the control of the District & Sessions Judge of the District to
which they have been allocated.
2. The District & Sessions Judges will ensure that proper track is kept about movement of cases
from transferor court(s) to transferee court(s) due to above postings/transfers and no
inconvenience is caused to the lawyers and litigants in transfer of caseS'.
3. The Judicial Officers under transfer shall pronounce the judgments/orders in the cases in which
they had reserved judgments/orders before relinquishing the charge of the court in terms of the
postings/transfers order, and in case any matter for pronouncement of judgment/order has been
fixed beyond the effective date of postings/transfers order, then the said matter shall be preponed
and the judgment/order shall be pronounced before relinquishing the charge of the court in tenns
of the postings/transfers order.
4. The court of ADJ-3, South, Saket, hitherto presided over by Ms. Poonam Chaudhary is abolished
and the District & Sessions Judge. South, Saket shall transfer and assign all the cases pending in
her court to the court of Mr. Naveen Arora, ADJ-6, South, Saket.
5. The COUlt of ADJ-7, South. Saket hithetto presided over by Mr. Rakesh Kumar-II stands
redesignated as ADJ-3, South, Saket.
6. The court of ADJ-9, Central, THC, hitherto presided over by Mr. Jitender Kr. Mishra is
abolished and the District & Sessions Judge (HQ), THC shall transfer and assign all the cases
pending in his court to the court of ADJ-7, Central, THC to be presided over by Mr. Vijay
Kumar Dahiya.
7. The court of ADJ-18, Central, THC, hitherto presided over by Mr. Kuldeep Narayan is abolished
and the District & Sessions Judge (HQ), THC shall transfer and assign all the cases pending in
his court to the COUlt of Mr. O.K. Malhotra, ADJ-14, Central, THC.
8. The court of ADJ-17, Central, THC hitherto presided over by Mr. Raj Kumar stands
redesignated as ADJ-9, Central THC.

9. The court of ASJ-6, South-East Saket hitherto presided over by Mr. Jitendra Mishra is abolished
and the District & Sessions Judge, South-East, Saket shall transfer and assign all the cases
pending in his cOllrt to the court of ASJ-2, South-East, Saket to be presided over by Mr. Raj
Kumar Tripathi.
10. The court of ASJ-5, South-East, Saket, hitherto presided over by Mr. Girish Kathpalia is
abolished and the District & Sessions Judge, South-East, Saket shall transfer and assign all the
cases pending in his court to the court of Mr. Sudesh Kumar-II, ASJ-3, South-East, Saket.
II. The court of ASJ-4, South-West. Dwarka hitherto presided over b"y Mr. Gautam Manan is
abolished and the District & Sessions Judge, South-West, Dwarka shall transfer and assign all
the cases pending in his court to the court of Mr. Anil Kumar, ASJ-5, South-West, Dwarka.

12. The court of ASJ -5, South-West, Dwarka hitherto presided over by Mr. Ani! Kumar stands
redesignated as ASJ-4, South-West, Dwarka.
13. The concerned District & Sessions Judges shall not assign any new cases to the transferee courts
for six months.
