• Can amendments be made in IGM like filing of split manifest, HSS details,
Change of No. of Pkgs, Weight ? When and Where it has to be done?
 Yes. We can do the amendment in IGM at Kattupalli Service centre. Only document
copies need to be sent by mail to us. Our service centre person will do the necessary
amendments. DC- Customs (Import) approval can be obtained from Chennai Main
Custom House for amendments.
• When B.E can be filed ?
 B.E can be filed after approval of TP by CMFC Supdt.
• How to file B.E for Kattupalli?
 B.E should be filed at CHENNAI (INMAA1) Seaport only. Only thing we need to include
KATTUPALLI (INKAT1) as GATEWAY PORT code.

Code). CFS Customs A.O, E.O & P.O will be provided INKAT1 site access in ICES1.5. All the
