An Invitation
f you are visiting our church today, know that we are honored by your
presence. If you are not already an active member of this community,
consider sharing in what we have to offer. Our parish serves the needs of the
community in many different ways. We offer preparation for sacraments,
education for children and adults, social activities, assistance to those in
difficulty, comfort to the sick, and those who mourn a loss. If we can be of
service to you, do not hesitate to call on us.

Annual Catholic Appeal 2015
“Called to be Merciful”
The time has come for the Catholic Annual Appeal 2015. We are helping the
Diocese reach it’s goal so as to help Catholics around the San Diego area.
Each church plays a part in that goal. St. Thérèse’s goal this year is
$90,000.
We apologized that this appeal is coming on the tails of the “Sharing Our
Blessings” Campaign.
You have been responding to Our Lady of
Guadalupe’s plea for help with overwhelming generosity.
At this time, we are asking each of you to pray on how you can respond to
our Diocese’s request for financial aide. Please help us reach the goal they
ask of us. Your gift will help open doors of faith for others and yourself.
Envelopes are provided in the pews.

SACRAMENTS
Baptisms are held on the 4th Sunday
of each month after the 11:00am Mass.
Baptism is a communal Sacrament and
not private. Deacon John Fanelle
performs all of the baptisms. Parents
are required to be registered as
parishioners, if they are not already,
they are encouraged to register and become
participating members of our community for
three months. Attending Mass does not make
you registered! If this is the first child, both
parents are required to attend the Baptismal
Class. Baptismal classes are held on the first
Sunday of each month. Godparents are
encouraged to attend the baptismal class,
either at our parish or their own parish. To
schedule a Baptism and/or register for the
Baptismal Class, please contact the parish
office, (858) 481-3232.
Call us to register for the class.
