Head of E­Commerce ​
with first­hand experience in leading online stores, preferably for a well­known consumer brand. This person will be in charge of the COBI e­commerce website as per all aspects of business and is very hands­on in regards to content management. The ​
Head of E­Commerce ​
will work closely with other departments like Sales, Operations and Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a great passion for COBI and execute all activities with respect to the COBI brand strategy. Position is located in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. Primary Responsibilities: ●

Lead and manage business activities for the COBI e­commerce business Online Store Operations – Compile and analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s) to forecast needs, control inventory and ensure replenishment needs are met. Manage online product inventory, images, and content on a daily basis. Update website via content management system to launch new products and regular refresh of homepage and category landing pages. Work closely with Customer Service Management – Oversee daily interactions with customers relating to all aspects of their transactions. Work closely with Fulfillment and Logistics – Oversee and coordinate with the fulfillment and shipping team to ensure the flow of product to customers is efficiently accomplished. Marketing – Initiate marketing activities, promotions and campaigns to maximize gross margin contribution. Collaborate closely with Marketing regarding paid search, retargeting, and other marketing initiatives directly related to e­commerce. Proactively propose marketing actions. Oversee the tracking and analysis of our marketing programs to ensure we are constantly learning and improving our marketing tactics and spending. Work closely with e­commerce partners and retailer accounts of COBI to enhance COBIs’ presence on their sites. Act as point person with these retailers, providing them with necessary assets and ensuring our presence is on­brand. Analyze and report competition’s e­marketing activities and recommend course of action. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly results reports. Requirements: ●

Bachelor's degree, Business or Marketing preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German Experience in performance oriented e­commerce Demonstrates understanding of best practices in online marketing including: paid search, SEO, email and database marketing, affiliate marketing and e­commerce Familiar with Google analytics or equivalent Strong interpersonal and creative skills Proven ability to work effectively cross functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service and IT to drive initiatives A strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and multiple tasks while responding to changing priorities and feedback. A hands­on self­starter, with a can­do positive attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and a strong work ethic will also be essential.
