you the Sun Life Financial 150th Anniversary Lucky Draw.
We offer a total of 150 prizes to celebrate our anniversary. From now until 31 December 2015,
for successful application of any Sun Life basic plan*, you can enjoy one lucky draw entry for
every HKD5,000 of Annualized First Year Premium (AFYP)^ per policy.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Sun Life Financial 150 th Anniversary Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw”) is only applicable to successful application(s) of
any Sun Life basic plan(s) (excluding Investment-Linked Assurance Scheme) submitted between 6 February 2015 and
31 December 2015, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). Such policy(ies) must be issued by Sun Life on or before
8 January 2016 (“Eligible Policies”).
2. During the Promotion Period, the Eligible Policies are entitled to a lucky draw entry in the Lucky Draw for every HKD5,000 of
AFYP. There is no limit on lucky draw entries for customer of the Eligible Policies.
3. The Lucky Draw will be conducted in two phases. First phase and second phase will be conducted in July 2015 (for
Eligible Policies issued between 6 February 2015 and 30 June 2015) and January 2016 (for Eligible Policies issued between
6 February 2015 and 8 January 2016) respectively. All lucky draw entries that entered the first phase (except those lucky
draw entries that won a prize in the first phase) will be entitled to and automatically enter the second phase. Number of
prize in each phase is allocated as follows.

4. All winners will be drawn randomly by our computer system.
5. The Lucky Draw results will be announced in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily on 10 August 2015 (for first phase) and
5 February 2016 (for second phase) and the winners’ list will also be published on www.sunlife.com.hk.
• A letter will be sent to the winners on or before 31 August 2015 (for first phase) and 29 February 2016 (for second phase)
notifying them of the prize redemption arrangements. Winners can authorise their representatives to collect the prize if they
cannot redeem the prize in person. The relevant policy of the winners must be in force at the time of prize redemption.
• Winners or their representatives (if applicable) are required to present identity proof for verification purpose at the time of
prize redemption.
• Sun Life reserves the right to use the recorded footages and photographs of the winners or their representatives, where
applicable for promotional purposes.
6. The Lucky Draw prizes are provided by external merchants. Sun Life is not the source supplier of any of the prizes to be
awarded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Sun Life offers no warranty or representation whatsoever,
express, implied or statutory, in relation to the Lucky Draw and the Lucky Draw prizes including but without limitation, the
merchantable quality and fitness for purposes in respect of the Luck Draw prizes and shall have no obligations and liabilities
whatsoever in relation thereto. Any disputes arising from the prizes shall be resolved between the winners and the merchants
or source suppliers directly.
7. Sun Life shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, death, loss, damage or liability (whether direct, indirect or
otherwise) arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw or the Lucky Draw prizes.
8. The Lucky Draw prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant
merchants.
9. All photos and images of the prizes used in this leaflet are for reference only.
10. Employees, Financial Consultants or Financial Intermediaries of Sun Life are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
11. The exchange rate of USD1 to HKD7.8 is used for calculating the AFYP, while applicable. The exchange rate of RMB to HKD is
determined by Sun Life from time to time.
12. Customers of Eligible Policies participated in the Lucky Draw can enjoy, where applicable, other promotions offered by Sun Life.
13. For the avoidance of doubt, the exercise by Sun Life of any of its foregoing rights shall not entitle any customers of the Eligible
Policies or winners to any Lucky Draw prizes or claim for compensation against Sun Life or any of its affiliates or agencies.
14. In case of any disputes, Sun Life’s decisions are final and conclusive.
15. The terms and conditions herein shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

•For regular pay policy(ies), the Privileged Customer Offer is valid only if such policy(ies) are in force when the premium rebate
is credited to the policy account(s) and the first year premium of the relevant policy(ies) and any attached rider(s) (if applicable)
are paid in full. A letter will be sent to the policy owner upon our issue of the premium rebate. For single pay plans, the premium
rebate will be deducted from the required premium payment amount directly. If the application or policy of the single pay plan is
cancelled for any reasons, Sun Life will only refund the net premium amount paid by the customer.
•Selected customers who intend to transfer the 5% premium rebate offer to a family member, relative or friend should complete
the transfer form on the premium rebate coupon and upon the successful purchase of the basic plan and any attached rider(s)
(if applicable) by their designated family member , relative or friend during promotion period, the selected customers will be
entitled to a HKD150 gift coupon.
•The use of gift coupons is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the relevant merchant. Sun Life is not the supplier
of the coupons, the coupons are provided by an external merchant. Any disputes arising from the use of the coupons shall be
resolved between the customers and the merchant or supplier, for which Sun Life accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever.
• To the extent permitted by laws, Sun Life does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damage, loss, death or
personal injury arising from or in connection with the use of any of the relevant coupons.
• This offer can only be used once during the promotion period. This offer applies to the first policy issued if more than one policy
is purchased during the promotion period.
•The amount of premium rebate will be rounded to the nearest Hong Kong dollar. The premium rebate cannot be transferred or
redeemed for cash.
• The exchange rate of USD1 to HKD7.8 is used for this offer, while applicable. The exchange rate of RMB to HKD is determined by
Sun Life from time to time.
•This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion(s) offered by Sun Life, except the Sun Life Financial 150th
Anniversary Lucky Draw.
