Dear Valued Customer,
The CH2 continuous improvement program seeks to provide the best in Health Care Supply Chain solutions. As a result we
are introducing a new system in Refrigerated Product Distribution. To ensure product integrity is maintained we are moving
to refrigerated vehicle delivery in key geographic regions.
Our Quality Control team have been working through supplier partnership opportunities and we are pleased to announce
CH2 will partner with Mediport to manage national distribution of refrigerated lines. These deliveries will be on designated
Refrigeration vans separate from ambient deliveries.
There are some significant benefits to you, including;
• Improved delivery; temperature excursions will be reduced improving our ability to deliver on time and in full. Vast improvements in temperature breaches, ensuring your product arrives as quickly and as securely as possible.
• Greater sustainability; there will no longer be a need for polystyrene packaging. Goods will be delivered in recyclable
cardboard cartons.
• Real time ETA and secure service; our customer service team can see where your driver is at any point in time and
estimate the delivery window with increased accuracy.
The new system will be introduced progressively across the country, dates and timing are included in the below table.

Please be aware of the changes and the timing for your area, you do not need to do anything – except welcome our new
team of Refrigerated delivery drivers when they bring your critical products.
