COMMUNICATION IN THE SIGNATURE CLUB AT GREENVIEW Communication in our community has been enhanced with the establishment of the Signature Club at Greenview website www.SignatureClubGreenview.com. At this website you will find information about our community and a calendar of events. Our official community calendar will be on the website, with an additional calendar posted in the Clubhouse for your convenience, as well as copies of the website calendar. The newsletter will no longer maintain calendar pages. The convenience of the website calendar is that information can be updated on a daily basis. Once you are on the website calendar, you will be able to get more information on an event if you place your cursor over the item. Another page will pop up with information such as the cost, contact person, time, and directions if not at Clubhouse. If you are scheduling an event in the community, please contact Jan Davis [email protected] to list your information on the website calendar. The Grapevine will still be used to remind residents of upcoming events or for immediate information to the residents. Please contact Jim Bronder [email protected] for announcements on the Grapevine or to get your login information for the website. GREENVIEW GRAPEVINE If you have any community news or items that need immediate attention, please email Jim Bronder for distribution by email to the names that are listed in the Greenview Directory. Please send your announcement to [email protected] and it will be forwarded. GREENVIEW DIRECTORY To be listed in the Greenview Directory, please contact Jim Bronder at [email protected]. By providing your name, address, telephone number, and email address, you consent to publish and forward this information to Greenview community members. Updated directories will be forwarded by email quarterly. For those without email or who are unable to open the file, see Diana Booth for a printed copy. When you receive your new directory, please remember to shred or tear up the old one for security/privacy issues. 4
