This handout includes important information for your family regarding Tumbling Package & Competitive Cheer Registration for the 15-16 season. Please read on, and if you have any questions please contact us. Team Placement: All families will receive a personal phone call the week of May 19, 2015. It is during this time that we will inform you the team your daughter/son has been placed on. Registration & Payment: Athletes must be registered before their first scheduled practice the week of June 8th. You will be required to complete a Payment Form which is available in the Registration Package, and will also be available at the office. Please refer to pages 7 & 14 for complete payment details. Registration Dates Saturday May 23, 2015-Preferred Tumble Package Registration* Saturday May 23, 2015 Sunday May 24, 2015 Monday May 25, 2015 Times 9am-1pm 1pm-5pm 10am-2pm 5pm-9pm Details on Preferred Tumbling Package Registration: Tumbling is an important part of competitive cheerleading. Our tumbling packages are designed for athletes who are serious about advancing in the sport. We have 3 different packages available for purchase. Timeslots do sell out quickly – and we have created a priority registration time the first day of registration for tumbling package only (where you can also register for your team at this time). Anyone wishing to purchase a tumbling package is required to sign up online starting at 7pm on Wednesday May 20th through iclass pro – the link to the registration portal is available on our website. Families will register for their “virtual” lineup spot, and we will notify you what time to come in on Saturday May 23rd to sign up to avoid waiting in a very long line.
