Because alcohol will be consumed at our fundraiser, no one under the age of 21 years will be allowed entrance to
the Chi Chi Miguel Throwdown on Saturday, May 2, 2015. We will provide shuttles to the Throwdown from Sandestin and back at the end of
the evening, and we urge everyone to sign up so that everyone will be safe on the road. We will send out an eblast in a few weeks to sign up.

I/we waive, fully and finally any cause of action or claims against the organizers of the 9th Miguel Throwdown, along with its organizers, hosts,
staff and volunteers from any and all liability, responsibility, claims, causes of action, injuries, judgment or other damages of any nature whatsoever.
I/we understand that the organizers urge responsible drinking and that the organizers are not responsible for anyone who does not consume
alcohol responsibly.
