Could it get any better?
Terrot has achieved an outstanding
position in the development and manufacture of circular knitting machines
over a period of more than 140 years. This tradition is continued perfectly
in the Jacquard range from Terrot. New standards are set in matching the
selection technology with PI EZO needle selection systems. Needle selection
takes into account the smallest mechanical ratios and is absolutely freely
controllable using 3-way techniques. And this is to be found on every knitting
system. The electronic-mechanical interface is formed by the PI EZO ceramic
selection elements, which reliably convert information from the machine
controller even at fine machine gauges and high speeds. The result :
greatest effectiveness – maximum selection reliability – minimum wear –
highest efficiency. Or, in other words : Terrot – Quality made in Germany.

Pattern change can
be carried out quickly
and easily with all types
in the electronic ranges.
All necessary pattern
data are transferred
onto a 3.5씵 floppy disk,
which can be created
quickly and easily using
the M ET5000 pattern
preparation system.
The 3.5씵 floppy disk
becomes the master
and is read into the
machine controller. This
converts the pattern
information into knitting
information and passes
it on to the PI EZO
selection unit. But new
pattern ideas can also
be implemented quickly
All Terrot machines
are fitted as standard
with interfaces, which
enable them to be connected to BDE systems
with an additional interface (option).
쏋
The advantage to
you : a rapid overview
of the current operational status of your
Terrot machine as well
as the machine data
such as speed, revolution counter, end of
piece, stop functions,
etc. Direct access with
data transfer is possible using an optional
LAN cable connection.

SIMPLER IS BETTER
The machine can be
equipped with optional
drop cams 1) 2) in the dial
for 2 needle tracks for
even easier structure/
pattern changeover.
These can be fitted
from the outside without dismantling the dial
cam segments. The
cams, which are to be
fitted on both sides, are
provided with milled
tracks for controlling
the needle feet. The
cams are fitted sequentially depending upon
the required knit structure and positioned in
a guide on the needle.
