BALOO Training Registration Form BALOO stands for Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation. This is a course developed by BSA to train Cub Scout Leaders and adult family members how to conduct well planned pack campouts. Packs that wish to go family camping as a unit activity must have a BALOO trained person in the pack that helps plan and attends each campout. Don’t wait until it’s to late, get people trained now.
