TRIBUTE Cards
The CCSB Tribute Card program is an easy and charming way to honor your
relatives and friends on special occasions such as Mother’s Day, birthdays,
anniversaries, or in memoriam, with a donation in their name that supports the
programs of The Christ Child Society of Baltimore. Funds donated for Tribute
Cards are fully tax-deductible and directly benefit children and families in the
Baltimore community through our programs: My Stuff Bags, Book Buddies,
Layettes and Wellness Classes.
To order cards, please print out this page, detach and complete the lower section and mail to us with
your check. Once we receive the completed form (see below) and donation, we will send you a unique
card with envelope (picture on card shown above), to personalize as you wish and then send to your
honoree, that tells them a little about our group. You will also receive a letter acknowledging your
donation (which is fully tax-deductible). Cards are a minimum $25 donation each, which provides one “My
Stuff Bag”, or special items for five Layettes, or 5 yoga mats for Wellness classes, or 8 pre-school books for
