Saturday includes breakfast, boxed lunch, and dinner, plus a full day
guided fishing trip and overnight accomodations.
Sunday includes breakfast and boxed lunch, plus a half day AM fishing trip.
Guide gratuity included. Trip must be fulfilled in 2015 calendar year.

While you wait for the raffle to start, enjoy complimentary food and beverages.
Also, first 50 teams to enter the tournament receive a food ticket for a free BBQ
sandwich at weigh in courtesy of Sherry’s Bait and Barbecue. All we ask is that
you make a donation of any amount to the school.
“GET KIDS FISHING” IKE FOUNDATION
Donate any old rods and reels to the Ike Foundation regardless of their condition.
All equipment will be given to kids and families in need of tackle to start fishing.

PARTICIPANT RELEASE OF LIABILITY (Please read before signing)
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Chestatee Eagle Golf Club Lanier Open fishing tournament for the year 2015 the above
signed, acknowledge, appreciate and agree that: 1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in tournament fishing is significant, including the risk of
permanent injury or death and while particular rules, equipment and personal discipline may reduce the risk, the risk of serious injury does exist, and 2. I
knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown and assume full responsibility for my participation and 3. I agree to comply with the
terms and conditions of participation, and 4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify and
hold harmless the Lanier Open fishing tournament, its officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors and
advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lesser of premises used too conduct the event (“Releases”) with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss
or damage to person or property, whether from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent of the law.
I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk of agreement and the rules governing these events, fully understand their terms, understand that
I have given up substantial rights by signing it and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. By signing this release, I am stating that my partner
and I both agree to these terms.
