Our Annual MSMA meeting has been arranged on 2nd and 3rd of May, 2015.
at Mercure Hotel, Willerby,East Riding of Yorkshire,5 miles from Hull.
We look forward to seeing you all with family and friends at the event and
have a blast.
The programme for Saturday 2nd of May-
Check in starts from 2.00 PM
Evening drinks reception at 6.00 PM
Formal dinner ,entertainment and dance floor from 7.15 PM
Your Sit Down dinner is catered by the popular ‘Euro caterers’
Programme for Sunday 3rd May-Breakfast for resident members (Nonresidents welcome to join

- CME by eminent speakers from 10 am to 12.00 noon. Certificates provided.

We have arranged to entertain non-medical spouses and children during this
time.
A delicious hot Indian buffet lunch (Catered by Tapasya-Hull,
www.tapasya.org.) will be served at 13.00hrs.
Variety entertainment follows at 1430 pm.

‘MSMA’ for the total amount including membership registration fee of £ 10 per
family by post directly to our Treasurer, Dr.Kanchana Jayakumar, latest by
4th April 2015.
Cricket Enthusiasts will have an opportunity to play a friendly match on 2nd
May on a first come first serve basis.(Please complete attached form if you
wish to join the cricket match and reply by email or post to the Event
Organizer this year, Dr.Rajesh Ramaswamy ASAP)
Golf option is available at a small cost. Please email us if you wish
