Be a Participant in the Cinco de Mayo Festival Parade
PARADE REGISTRATION
WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION. By filling out the form below, the Applicant: (1) represents and warrants that they have the authority
to sign for any and all persons and organizations listed on this application (the “Entrants”); (2) waives for themselves, the Entrants, and
all heirs and successors in interest, any and all claims against the El Puente de Celina, Cinco de Mayo Festival, City of Celina, their
respective officers, board members, agents, sponsors, volunteers and employees for any loss and/or injury that may result directly or
indirectly from the Applicant’s and/or Entrants’ participation in the 2015 Cinco de Mayo Festival Parade; and (3) indemnifies and holds
harmless the El Puente de Celina, Cinco de Mayo Festival, and the City of Celina, their respective officers, board members, agents,
sponsors, volunteers and employees from any and all claims (including third party claims), lawsuits, losses, damages or expenses due
to bodily injury or property damage arising directly or indirectly out of the Applicant’s and/or Entrants’ participation in the El Puente de
Celina’s 2015 Cinco de Mayo Parade. By filling out the form below, the Applicant and Entrant(s’) represent and warrant that all drivers,
who will be participating in the 2015 Cinco de Mayo Parade pursuant to this Application, are currently and validly licensed and insured
in the State of Texas.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Important Safety Notice: Parade participants are NOT allowed to throw candy or
other give-away items from their floats or vehicles. If items are being handed out, a
member or members from each group should walk alongside the group’s float or
vehicle and hand, not throw items to the crowd.
The parade will line up in the North parking lot area of the Celina Fire Station. If there
will be people riding in/on your vehicle, please make sure they are aboard the vehicle
before entering the parking lot to line up.
Parade Line-up location - Celina Fire Station 311 N. Louisiana Drive
Parade Line-up – 1:00 pm
Parade Start Time – 2 pm
Parade End Location – Celina Fire Station
Parade Route – Start at the Celina Fire Station, Go West on Maple
Street, left on Ohio Street, right on Pecan, around the square and back
same route to end again at the Celina Fire Station.
PARADE VOLUNTEERS
You play a very important role by volunteering during the 2015 Cinco de Mayo Festival Parade.
We need 10 people to help make the parade a success.
