contacted 63 y/o Nannett Young of Orland who was issued a citation for illegal dumping on public

Orland PD responded to a report of Raksha Ramdas yelling at customers outside Subway and passing
vehicles. Officers contacted Ramdas at the corner of Ninth St and Walker St. After investigation
Ramdas was admonished for trespassing at Subway and released from the scene.

Orland PD responded to a reported fraud case. The RP, Orland resident, Gerardo Tinoco stated he
bought a vehicle on Ebay, but never got the vehicle. The incident was documented and Tinoco was
advised to contact EBay investigators and PayPal.

Orland PD stopped a 1991, Honda, Accord for a mechanical violation. After an investigation, the driver,
Orland resident, 19 y/o Carlos Lopez-Hernandez was cited for multiple equipment violations,
unlicensed driver and released at the scene. The passenger, Orland resident, 30 y/o Ricardo Islac-Cuin
was cited for possession of marijuana and released at the scene.
