CCRCS Meeting Minutes April 8th 2015 Submitted by Jim Taylor, April 13, 2015 Meeting called to Order by Tom O’Neal at 7:30 PM Minutes of previous monthly meeting approved Guests in attendance: Ed Bailiff, Mike Richards, Hayden Richards Treasury report: Checking $3475.69 We now have 106 Members The club simulator is running on Windows XP and antiquated, Jim Taylor will donate a current version SAFETY Spotters should be used at all times, especially when spectators are in the flying field area April 11 the field is closed after 5pm for a special Fair Grounds Event-We will lock the toilet during this event as per the previous results of last year FAIRGROUND MEETINGS Tom has been unable to get a meeting with the fairgrounds management NEW FLYING TASK FIELD TASK FORCE Looking at various Sites-Looking for input MISSION STATEMENT A work in progress-looking for input FIELD MAINTENANCE We need Painters, roofers, installers, experts, flunkies The wind sock needs replaced-Dave Agar will tend to it EVENTS FLOAT FLY AT TUG LAKE April 25th Needs a Recovery BOAT-Call Dave Anderson SUPPORT THE TROOPS May 31st Pilot Meeting 8:45 fly till 1pm Lunch, Raffle, Multiengine, Jet $15.00 fly or $10.00 and some HARD CANDY(able to ship to the troops) to enter FUN FLY On July 25th NEW BUSINESS Smoking is still only allowed in cars only !!!! We will reestablish flight lines for safety SHOW and Tell Austin had his helicopter that has been refurbished with all new parts Steve Piper had his new Swap Meet Sport Plane “I have not killed the pilot “Spock” yet !
