The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. Alternate Gary Bousquet was seated for Edward
Alberino; Alternate Peggy Sullivan was seated for Mark Rapuano.
Bousquet moved to close the public hearing for SE 15-017: 121 West Main Street, George
Marshall. Knudsen seconded the motion.

Care, LLC/Ciro Landscaping, LLC to Monday, May 4, 2015. Kravitz seconded the motion.
DISCUSSION: The applicant protested and stated that the required sign had been posted. The
ZEO conceded that he may have missed the sign and was willing to take the applicants
testimony as the sign was posted. Staff also requested photographic proof the sign being
posted on the correct date.
This motion was withdrawn by the maker and seconder.

Kravitz moved to continue the public hearing for SE 15-038: 224 East Main Street, Giovanni
Lawn Care, LLC/Ciro Landscaping, LLC on Monday, May 4, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Green Room
of the Andrews Memorial Town Hall. Goupil seconded the motion.
