This area is popular due to its location in the middle of the balcony level with direct access to both the cocktail bars. A cancelation fee of 100% will apply should your booking I verify that I have read and understand the terms and conditions. be canceled with less than seven days notice of your function. Cancellation less than 21 days prior to the function date will incur a fee of 50% of the initial deposit. Cancellation notice must be made in writing. Time of function: Confirmation of final numbers is required no later than 7 days prior to the event. All food choices must be confirmed and pre-paid 7 days prior to the event. Food charges will apply for the full amount of food ordered and may not be reduced after Date of function: numbers are confirmed. Name: All decorations require approval prior to the function. Anything deemed inappropriate including themed or dress up functions, is subject to the discretion of the Clock Hotel management.
