We invite technicians, nurses and allied health professionals involved in the evaluation and management of general ophthalmic diseases to also attend this symposium. Reports on therapies, new procedures and technologies developed in the field of ophthalmology, and a desire to maintain ethical standards for physicians and other health care professionals are contributing factors used in selecting topics for this symposium. The overall goal is to improve the quality of care provided to the patient population served by the attendees. This symposium will deal with common cases and solutions presented via didactic lectures and panel discussions.
