Educational Objectives Through participation in this summit, the participants have the opportunity to: n Identify and discuss initiatives currently underway in Virginia that are related to population health. n Create shared goals and/or initiatives across multiple healthcare entities in Virginia for improving the health of Virginians. n Provide opportunities for individuals from diverse healthcare agencies in Virginia to network and collaborate toward a common goal of improved health for its citizens.
