INVITATION All Air Traffic Controllers World Controllers’ Cup (WCC) 2015 8 to 14 November Playa Del Carmen, Mexico Dear colleagues, Since our inaugural football tournament in Las Vegas in 2011, we have brought air traffic controllers from many different countries together onto the football field. Teams as diverse as Kazakhstan, Russia, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and Trinidad and Tobago have competed in the annual World Football Cup for Air Traffic Controllers’ and Pilots WCC 2014 in Panama, in November, was a fantastic success and we saw Team Russia retain their champions’ title in a rain-‐soaked final. We were, after all, in a rainforest! We are very excited to announce that : The 5 edition of the WCC in 2015 will take place in Playa Del Carmen on the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico from th th 8 -‐ 14 November 2015. th For information visit: http://www.playthewcc.com The Yucatan Peninsula is an area steeped in the history of the Mayan culture and features many sacred temples, including the famous UNESCO World Heritage site of Chitzen Itza. The resort of Playa Del Carmen is situated on the shores of the Caribbean Sea. It is a vibrant and buzzing resort, full of restaurants and nightlife and plenty of things to do after the football has finished for the day and the sun has gone down.
