Each student will create a large decorative fish-shaped sculpture that tells a story. This course offers a chance to skill-build with clay techniques such as slab construction, bas-relief, creating textures, sgraf- fito, and a bright palette of layered underglazes. Learn hands-on how to make your own custom pottery pieces from scratch with wet clay. Learn hand building techniques and work on a pottery wheel. Fee includes use of all studio tools and equipment, materials, bisque for firing finished pieces and a coupon to glaze your creations at no additional charge.
