We will meet in the parking lot of the Target near Zaxby’s on Byhalia Rd. in Collierville at
4:30A.M. on June 7th. From there we will ride on a charter bus to beautiful Brevard, NC. We
will stay at Carolina Point until June 13th and will arrive home early in the morning on June
14th.
While on the trip we will be stopping for fast food: your teenager will need money for 4 meals
on the road. While at camp all meals and activities are included, but they may want to bring
money for the camp store (for t-shirts and miscellaneous items) and snack bar.
Cell phones, iPads, etc. are welcome on the ride to camp, but will be collected and safely
secured for the week of camp. Your teen may bring or buy a phone card at camp, or call you
collect from the camp phones.
Included is a list of things to bring to camp.
All prescription and over the counter drugs must be collected at the bus. Please place them in
a Ziploc bag and label with your child’s name. If your child has a condition that requires
him/her to carry his/her meds at all time (inhaler, epi-pen, etc.) please notify us.
What we need from you:
