Good agricultural and management practices allow us to cultivate in a way
that is fruitful and sustainable, maximising the yields and minimising costs,
especially environmental ones.
Preservation of the fertility of the land is one of the foundations of our concept
of sustainable management; for example to fertilise our fields we prefer to use
animal waste as a natural alternative to synthetic fertilisers.
To this end, before sowing, Pioneer verifies with laboratory analysis the fertility
of the fields in which the seed will be used and the characteristics of the wastewater at our disposal, in order to exploit what of course the earth already offers
us and to formulate a plan of effective and sustainable fertilisation.
In addition, with the Pioneer Early Sowing Plan, we are sure that the seed will
be correctly positioned, with the correct density and in the fields where it will
offer the best yield.

In Marca Trevigiana alone, Pioneer carries out more than 100 field tests every year. Hundreds of hectares devoted to developing the genetic solutions best
suited to our environment, also providing agronomic and management sustainable and effective strategies to produce goodness and to preserve the territory.
Ours is therefore an Italian corn, grown in a suitable environment, and that
stands out for its high yields and its organoleptic qualities.
Our calves are purely Italian, branded with the “vitello Italia” stamp. Our
bulls come from France and Italy, from our farms and from others under our
direct control. Both for the calves and for the bulls, individualised screening is
implemented, conducted by our veterinary and technical experts to verify their
physical condition and health.
Precise diagnostics that allows us, where required, to correct any defects in the
structures of reproduction.
