Comca Systems, Inc., POS has been voted the most user friendly software for Dry Cleaners. It takes, literary, only five
minutes to learn the basic functions to a new employee.
We offer the following software applications: Route, Account Receivable, Permanent Barcode labels, Drop Store invoice
tracking, Assembly System, Self Service and 24 Hours systems. We have even build a controller and software that can
make any conveyor into a semi automatic assembly conveyor.
For multi store cleaners, we have a replication option that will replicate all data from all stores to a central location
over the internet, and since each location has its own database server, the store will keep running even if the internet
goes down.
You only pay one time for each location when you purchase our software, regardless of how many computers you
have.
We use one of the fastest SQL Database Server form Sybase.
Tech support can be purchased on a monthly, yearly, or per incident.

This is the POS where all invoicing, pick-ups, credit card transactions, inventory, customer histories, queries on
customers and invoices, batch E-mail letters, E-mail when an order is finished or delayed.

Comca Systems Label system
The Comca Systems Permanent Label System makes tagging garments a one- time- task. It also helps
prevention against garments being placed on the wrong order. When a garment is bar-coded, a history of each
garment is created. Such as: when it was first cleaned, how many times it was cleaned, and the assurance the
garment is priced right each time is cleaned. Also, when prices are updated, then all the garments will
automatically follow the new price list.
To start bar-coding the garments, the following items will be needed: Barcode labels, Heat Seal Press, Software
for invoicing and assembling, and barcode scanners. You will need to decide if you will assemble manually or
use an automatic assembly conveyor.
The Work Flow
Garments arrive to the tagging station; each garment gets a bar-code label heat seal onto the garment. In the
Comca Systems Permanent Label Program, you bring the customer up on the screen by using a fast ticket, a
bag label, or if the customer already has a bar-code label, you can scan the label. You describe the
garment like you always do, but this will be the last time you have to do this. Then you scan the barcode label;
the garment information is saved and added to the invoice.
Manual Assembly
In the Assembly area, you will have a rail with barcode slots (see picture). You will hang the invoice on each
assembly hook in any numerical order, or when you scan the first garment, the invoice will be printed and, at
the same time, the computer will display the hook number you will need to hang the garment in.
As the garments arrive in the assembly area from the presser, you will scan the garment; the computer
will display the Assembly hook number where the garment belongs. When you scan the last garment for this
order, the computer will display the word “FINISH”. You can now remove the assembly hook and put another
hook in the place.

garment. The module can also be used with RF-ID chips.

Comca Systems Assembly Conveyor Manager
There are two types of assembly conveyors, semi automatic and full automatic.
The semi automatic works when one person scans the garment and places it in a slot chosen by the computer software.
When the next garment for the same order is scanned, the conveyor turns to the same slot where the first garment was
hanged on. When the last garment for the order is scanned, the application will let you know that the order is finished, and
the same person loading will take the order off the conveyor. Semi automatic conveyors supported by Comca
Systems are: Comca Systems Conveyor and HMC.
The full automatic conveyor works with one or more loading stations. A person will hang the garment in the first
available slot on the conveyor, and only one garment goes in that slot. When all garments for the order are finished, it
will, automatically, be extracted to an off loading arm; the system can have more than one off loading arm. Automatic
conveyors supported by Comca Systems are: White's Conveyor and Metalprogetti.
These modules are used for communication between the assembly conveyor and Comca Systems software.

Metalprogetti has no user interface, so the user interface is made by Comca Systems. This give us the full control over the
assembly conveyor. This is how you are able to set up when you want the invoice printed, automatic off load and make an invoice
when any set amount of garments are ready. For example, you can set the program to off load when three garments are
ready and create an invoice for those three garment; when the next three garments are ready, it will off load them and
make an invoice for those three garments and this will continue until all garments of this order is done.

Advantage Database Server
Advantage Database Server (ADS) is an SQL server running on the computer which contains the data for Comca Systems
applications. The ADS provides stability and integrity to the data. The ADS makes it also possible to access the data via
the internet/ via secure login and passwords. Replication can be added to the ADS and make it possible to have identical
data replicated to as many places you like. You can replicate the drop store data to the plant for up to the minute
information. Replication takes up one user in each end.
The ADS is sold in number of users accessing the data at any time.
The ADS is sold in the following configuration:
1-user, 2-user, 3-user, 5-user, 10-user, 15-user, 20-user, 25-user, 50-user, 100-user, 250-user and unlimited-user.
The price is $200 per user up to the first 20-user, then the price drops to $150 per additional users.
