Customer Service Representative – Comfort

 commZoom™ is a San Antonio based broadband and cable television company and owns systems in 13 small Texas markets with corporate headquarters in San Antonio, Texas. commZoom is in the process of a phased full system-­‐wide technology upgrade including Internet delivery via a high speed Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) network infrastructure to local neighborhoods and business districts, fully digital high definition cable TV and Voice over Internet Protocol telephone service. We are sourcing candidates for a Retail Customer Service Representatives for our store in Comfort, Texas and soon for locations in Hondo and Pleasanton. The Retail Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing appropriate resolution to new and existing customer inquiries, and assists in general office administration in a professional, courteous and accurate manner. Primary Responsibilities: Responds to customer sales/support requirements via the telephone, email, internet, or in person Educates customers on available services while demonstrating account ownership Troubleshoots customer issues for resolution and generates work orders for field service as required Processes electronic and manual payments, refunds, rebates, and return items Works with customer to resolve delinquent and final accounts Reviews and processes receipts and generates correspondence regarding billing disputes Assist in the processing of monthly billing statements Facilitates scheduling of installation, service, and disconnect work orders Interface with field technicians to support customer Participates in and supports the development and implementation of special projects Serves as overflow for sales and support requests from local field office Maintain project files and records Assist in the preparation of reports Support Sales/Marketing initiatives Qualified candidates will possess: •

High school diploma or equivalent Requires visual acuity, speech and hearing Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience in customer service or sales with extreme attention to detail Ability to multi-­‐task and take direction from multiple people Ability to adapt quickly to changing and evolving technology Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Strong desire to work in a small business environment Demonstrated dependability by adhering to flexible break and lunch schedule. Understanding of broadband, cable television, and VOIP technologies Bilingual in English/Spanish May be required to work hours other than regular schedule including shift work (weekends and holidays).
