incorporated in the year of 2010. Though our company may seem fresh in the garments
industry but we are actively engaged in this line of business since the year of 2000. In

Lifestyle Knitwear (pvt.) Ltd. is an 100% Export oriented Garments factory for production of Knit Fabrics & fashionable
and basic knit Garments.
The factory is located close to the Tongi BSCIC Industrial Estate area at Commerce Corner Complex, 71/1 West Kha
Para Road, Tongi, Gazipur, Bangladesh. This Industrial estate is close to the International Airport of Dhaka where others
accommodation facilities are also presents. Our Industrial estate includes 3 stories in a 9 storied building which has a total
of 20,200 square feet of floor space. The factory is fully equipped with brand new highly sophisticated modern high-speed
machineries. Our expert and trained professionals and technicians are working for its effective & efficient management
and production.
The Company office is also situated at Dhaka Metropolitan area which continuous supervision & immediate decisions of
the management could easily be given for information of production and Correspondence.

We occupy 3 stories of floor space in a 9 storied building which has a total of 20,200 sft. Out of this total floor space, only
14,200 sft is being used at this moment. The remaining 6,000 sft of space is currently being expanded to increase the
production capacity. Each floor includes well equipped Cutting, Finishing, Raw / Finished goods Stores.
Note: Future Plan: Within 6 months of time, we will establish a 14 Line factory which will increase the production
capacity to 6,40,800 pcs of T-Shirts or 4,03,200 pcs of Polo Shirts.
FABRIC & ACCESSORIES STORAGE:
Organization has systematic in house storage area sufficient enough to keep fabric and accessories systematically. All
Items are hanged with bin card and these are maintained properly.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE):
Our workers are equipped with various personal protection equipments such as Metal Gloves, Needle Guard for Plain
Machine, Eye Guard for over lock Machine, Bar-tech Machine & Hole Stitch Machine, Polly Cover, Belt Cover, Face
Mask.
Quality: This unit is equipped with modern machinery of brand Juki, Brother, Pegasus, Kansai Special & K.M. The
selections of machines are done such a way to cover most of the stitching facilities for the Knit Garments. The finishing of
garments is done by Full Steam Irons pressed on Vacuum Ironing Tables. All the garments are passed through thread
sucking machine. 1st Inspections are done during stitching in production floor, then after completion of stitching and
finally after ironing works before packing. Than checked by METAL Detector. We do 100% inspection before export. The
efficient workers, supervisors and floor in-charge are working in this unit under an experienced Production Manager.
Sample section: This section is headed by an experienced in charge capable to understand any kind of styles, sketches,
different types of stitching and fabrics. Patterns are also done here under supervision of Pattern Master. The machine
operators of the section can operate all kinds of sewing machines. All collection samples for different seasons, fitting
samples, photo samples are produced in this section.

Fire fighting equipments including fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, separate stair case etc.
Building is equped with a Cargo Lift capable of carrying 42 persons and 2 wide stairs.
Sufficient volume of water reservoir at under ground & overhead.
Toilet complexes at each floor separately for male & female workers.
Sufficient Tube Lights are provided in all the working areas.
Sufficient Ventilation is provided by installing ceiling fans, exhaust fans & large windows.
Cooling system is done in the sewing & cutting floors to get a good working environment.
Factory premises are always kept neat & clean.
Floors are fitted with ceramic tiles so that it remains very clean.
During winter season worker can walk bare footed without any difficulties.
