Terms & Conditions of Booking
1. Group Registrations
1.1 Group Registration discounts are offered for 4 - 9 and 10 plus delegates.
2. Payments
2.1 No confirmation of booking can be made without receipt of payment. Should we not receive your payment by the stipulated cut-off date, your booking
will be automatically cancelled.
2.2 The Early Bird Discount is only valid if you have paid for your booking by the stipulated date of midnight on Tuesday, 30 June 2015. If you choose to
pay via EFT or Direct Bank Deposit, please pay at least two working days prior to the cut-off date to ensure the payment deadline is met. If payment has
not been received by such date your booking will be redone at the full price.
2.3 The organiser has the right to refuse entry if proof of payment cannot be shown or verified. Confirmation booking and receipt of payment will be sent via
email.
2.4 Final payments must be made by Monday, 10 August to reflect in the ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd bank account by Friday 14 August.
2.5 Payment in full for all delegates shall mean the Rand equivalent invoiced to be received by ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd; international delegate
shall be liable for any currency exchange costs and/or differences.
3. Close of Registrations
3.1 Registrations close at 17:00PM on by Friday, 14 August Thursday. No late registrations will be accepted.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Cancellations received by 17:00PM on by Monday, 10 August, will receive a refund less R500.00 per delegate processing fee.
4.2 Due to the limited seats available, any cancellations made after 17:00PM on Monday, 10 August, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
4.3 International delegates qualifying for a refund in terms of clause 4.1 above shall be refunded the Rand value of their payment as received in the
ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd bank account, less any charges incurred in the refund process.
5. Substitutions
5.1 Substitutions can only be accepted until 17:00PM on by Friday, 14 August. All requests must be sent to [email protected]
6. Change of Programme
6.1 In the event of unforeseen circumstances the organisers have the right to change the programme content, the speakers or the venue.
You will be notified should such a change be necessary.
6.2 Should the event be postponed, you will have the option to attend the next available date of the relevant event.
7. Power Outages
7.1 In the event of a power outage, the venue has generators which will activate immediately and there should be no break in the flow of electricity for the
event to continue. Should a blackout occur, despite these precautions, ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable for loss or damages.
8. Cancellation of Event
8.1 Should the event be cancelled, all payments will be refunded within 30 days of original event date.
9. Loss, Damages or Injury
9.1 Neither ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd and its representatives nor sponsors will be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage of any nature
whatsoever suffered as a direct or indirect result of attending this event.
9.2 Delegates attending this event do so on the understanding that neither ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd and its representatives nor sponsors are
offering financial or legal advice.
10. Hotel Cancellations
10.1 Cancellations at any of the partner hotels are subject to the hotels cancellation policy and not ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd. Please call the hotels
directly should you wish to cancel.
11. Copyright
11.1 All material presented at the ThinkSales Convention 2015 is owned by ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd and/or the speakers.
No material may be used or reproduced in any format without written permission from ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd and/or the speakers. All rights
reserved.
12. Consent to Sharing of Information
12.1 Your name, title, company and contact information will be used by ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd to notify you of future ThinkSales events and
product offerings.
12.2 ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd will only share your contact information with the sponsors and exhibitors of the ThinkSales Conference 2015.
12.3 While in attendance at the ThinkSales Sales Convention 2015 you may be recorded (including photography, video and audio recordings).
These images and recordings may be used in the future to promote ThinkSales Conventions and Events.
12.4 Any feedback you provide to ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd in the process of registration, on-site at the event, and after the event may be used to
further promote ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd. Your personal identity remains 100% confidential at all times. Any information you provide about your
company size and turnover will be used for statistical data and will under no circumstances be divulged to third parties other than the sponsors and
exhibitors.
