Dear Board Member,
It is with great sadness that I inform you that we lost a member of our Associa PMG North Texas
family over the weekend. Ginnye Nance, Director of Association Services, passed away peacefully
Saturday evening. Ginnye would have celebrated her 10th anniversary this week as a part of
Associa, and will be missed by all who knew her.
Ginnye worked closely with many of our association board members over the years both in her role
as an association manager for her own managed portfolio and working as a mentor to the managers
under her supervision. She always enjoyed working directly with our clients and serving the needs
of the homeowners in the communities.
Ginnye spent much of her career in community association management, and her compassion and
dedication to our industry was extraordinary. She joined Associa as a Community Manager at
Principal Management Group in 2005. Throughout her 10 years with us, she was an important
leader who served us in many roles, including Senior Manager, Director of our Frisco satellite office,
and most recently, Director of Association Services.
