6) C.CADA ARTISTS DAY APART: Next meeting will be Sat. June 20 for the Art in the Park from
10:00am – 3:00pm @ Monument Park, Winchendon,
CCADA has begun featuring one of its artists on the CCADA bulletin board in the corner by the
glass double doors. Now featuring the artwork of Lisa Johnson. Be sure to stop by to see her
most recent works.
7) PRAYER SHAWL CIRCLE MEETING: Next meeting will be Sat. June 20 for the Art in the
Park from 10:00am – 3:00pm @ Monument Park, Winchendon,
If you would like to request a prayer shawl please visit the Prayer Shawl Table or see Dot Drisdelle
or another member. We would like to invite people who would like to be part of the Prayer Shawl
Ministry, but don't know how to knit or crochet, to join us. Some alternatives to knitting and
crocheting are: making fleece blankets, sewing crosses on the shawls, and Swedish Weaving.
Please join us! We also need people who could man the table after the second service to take
orders and help distribute shawls.
BLESSING BUILDER BLITZ: The 4th Sunday of every month we receive offerings towards a
special project. Our new project is a new playground! Currently: $14,985.19.
CARENET BABY BOTTLE FUNDRAISER; Annual Baby Bottle Fundraiser – Now through Father’s
Day, June 21. Baby bottles are now available at display in lobby for you to use to collect coins for
their annual drive.
PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY: RELAY FOR LIFE: Fri. & Sat. June 12 & 13 at MWCC, Gardner.

ART IN THE PARK: Sat. June 20th from 10:00am – 3:00pm @ Monument Park, Winchendon. We’re
looking for all types of art, crafts and music. You must bring your own method of display - selling of art
work will be permitted. Please contact Ken Knowlton ([email protected] / 978-939-5526) or

exercise those talents that God has given you and join us! Don’t forget to visit us there on the 20th.___
CHURCH PICNIC & WATER BAPTISM CELEBRATION: Sunday June 28 @ 12:30pm @ Far Hills
Clubhouse and Beach, Sunset Lake, 13 Blueberry Rd., Ashburnham. Enjoy volleyball, horseshoes,
sand toys and swimming. Bring a covered dish and lawn chairs.

CONDOLENCES TO: Tom Murphy and family on recent loss of Tom’s brother Bill. Military funeral
services will be held Tuesday, June 2nd at 11 A.M. in Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery,
111 Glenallen St. Winchendon.
ALSO TO: Elaine Soderman, and Richard & Jenny Hoyt on the loss of Paul. Services are as follows:
Calling hours Wed. June 3 from 5-7pm at Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central St. Winchendon.
Calling hour Thurs. June 4 at 10:30am at Cornerstone Church. Funeral service at 11:30am. Burial at
1:00pm at Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Winchendon. Luncheon will follow at
Cornerstone.
ALSO: Steve and Pastor Donna Slocum and families on passing of Steve’s Dad Donald Slocum.
Funeral will be Fri. June 12 at Cornerstone. Calling hour is 10:00am – Funeral service at 11:00am.
