a safe and durable return to work (RTW)
Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessments: Assessing the ability of the injured person to carry out ADL within the home or work environment, identify strategies to promote independence and provide
Recommendations for appropriate adaptations and equipment
Worksite Assessments (WSA): to determine physical requirements of the injured parties’ pre-injury duties
and to identify suitable duties and develop a plan for a safe and durable return to work
Ergonomic Assistance: to provide recommendations for safe working practices including workstation
set-up, equipment prescription, postural advice and functional education
Vocational Rehabilitation: undertaking analyses of transferrable skills and labour market research and vocational counselling, assisting with CV development, disclosure of injury, completing application forms and delivery of job seeking programmes
Absence Management and Return to Work: identifying patterns and triggers to absence, developing
return to work plans, advising on reasonable adjustments in the workplace
