 The science and art of inorganic and organic synthesis of minerals, and industrial synthesis;
Synthesis if inorganic solids of industrial interest;
 Analytical, theoretical and applied aspect of chemistry;
 Computing, Modelling and Microprocessor interfacing;
 Aqueous Chemistry; Optically active inorganic complexes; Device and carry out projects such as
the effect of heavy metal contamination Zn and Pb, Arsenic, phosphate, including on some flora,
fauna, and marine in Australia and Nigeria.
These involved:
 Application of thermodynamic models to the formation of complex suites of minerals from
oxidized zones of base-metal deposits of some areas in Broken Hill, Australia, Bauchi, Borno
State and Ogun state Nigeria Ore bodied areas for minerals exploitation for industrial use
 Study of chemical mineralogy of arsenic, phosphorus and uranium minerals in oxide zone deposits
of North-East of Nigeria for recovery of minerals of economic importance
 Synthesis, reactivity and photochemical studies of a series of complexes of oxygen donors with
Oxo-ions of vanadium arsenic and uranium
 On the development and application of physical and chemical methods (including micro-sample
preparation) of analysis to mineralogical materials
 Sourcing of Local Sands for Gravel Packing and Filtered for Petroleum Technology Development
 On sorption performance of activated Carbon Produced from Local raw materials for industrial use.
Some research in progress
 To improve my capacity building and positive mentality
 The search for newer materials/minerals to meet the ever-increasing demands of human civilization
will continue to remain with as long as man seeks to conserve the earth’s resource, and match new
technological demands arising from inventions and new discoveries.
 I will continue to search for mineral ores/materials in their various forms which can be used to
build, operate and maintain systems in companies/industries and of course chemical industries in
particular.
 It is of interest to know that while this research expose development opportunities which will
encourage collaboration among researchers and links with the other part of science, they will also
promote core materials and systems research at the other level.
 Tar sand, bitumen, bentonite and activate carbon form local materials, for example are increasing
being considered for their wide range of demanding application. As a result, there is a growing need
for reliable procedure for the characterization of these minerals.
 Effective use of the knowledge and experience obtained in both Nigeria and abroad will be used to
propose a study project related to the Nigerian bitumen, bentonite, Tar sand and activated carbon
from local raw materials including other economic minerals from the country. In addition, attention
will continue to be drawn to the importance of interdisciplinary studies and enable works which
involve chemists working with scientist from different disciplines.

 I am an active member of Faith Tabernacles with regular attendance at Wednesday prayer sections,
weeks of spiritual emphases, all night prayers, Winners Satellite Fellowship. I am a born-again
Christian, filled with the Holy Spirit. I attend Tuesday Covenant University Chapel Fellowship,
College Fellowship on Thursday. Most Saturdays, I attend Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship
International of which I am a Life Member and wife of Iyana-Iyesi Chapter President/Field
Representative. All these attendance in church programmes and fellowships have enriched me
spiritually. I attend leadership training seminars both in Church and FGBMFI programmes.

 I have outstanding results from Word of Faith Bibles School WOFBI (BCC, LCC and LDC). The
advanced leadership Trainings have provided platform to share and receive inspirations and
information. All these enable me to lead more effectively and in reaching the community for Jesus
Christ.
 I also read Christian books on leadership effectiveness published by Bishop (Dr.) David O.
Oyedepo and other authors. This has given me clearer understanding of God-given vision, discover
how I can be part of making Christian life a reality to others and learn how to develop God
leadership potential.
 I carried out lectures on schedule with emphases on practical, in order to produce well baked
industrial chemists who can work confidently in industry on what they have imparted from
Covenant University. I mark my scripts on time.
