This year we will only be accepting space requests through email starting at 8
a.m. (no earlier!) on Friday November 1 on a first-come- first-serve basis
[email protected]. After receiving your space confirmation email from
[email protected] we will need to receive your signed application and
payment within 5 days (hand delivered or mailed).
Payment information
Vendor rate: $30-$40 for vendor space. See space description below.

Handmade Sierra Holiday
Fine Art and Craft Sale
Vendor Information:
*All items for sale must be hand-made by the vendor. Vendors selling any goods other
than their own handmade items will be asked to leave.
*Vendor space: various space sizes will be available ranging from 4x6ft to 6x10ft.
Choose your desired space size and location from the floor map PDF attached. Each
space is numbered 1-42. Please specify your top three space choices by number in an
email: [email protected] (Note…. spaces will be given on a first-come-firstserved basis starting at 8am on 11/1 with your emailed application.) Refer to the
attached booth map to see the different options.
*Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, table
coverings, etc.
*A limited number of electrical outlets are available, please be sure to choose a space
number which includes an outlet if needed. Vendor must provide own extension cords.
*Set up will begin 2 hours before sale: 9am on December 7st. (Campus will not be
available before 9am) No exceptions!
*All vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event (11am-4pm). Vendors
who leave early will not be welcomed back next year.
*Nothing may be attached to walls or ceilings in your set up area and nothing may be
removed from college property without prior approval.
*Any pyrotechnics, open flames (such as candles, potpourri, warmers, etc) are
prohibited.
*Sierra College is a smoke-free, alcohol-free and dog-free campus.
*Vendor space must be cleaned at the end of the sale including trash and spills.
Event Agreement: By applying to and participating in the Handmade Sierra Holiday
Art and Craft Sale, you agree to accept full responsibility for your table, display,
inventory, sales, business liabilities, and other possessions during the sale, set-up and
take-down. Sierra College Tahoe Truckee will not be liable for any loss or damage to
your products, display or personal injuries. By submitting this application you agree to
comply with all of Handmade Sierra Holiday Art and Craft Sale rules and guidelines.
Vendors who do not abide by the guidelines will not be welcome to participate in future
years.
