Group Camp 2015! If you have paid for your Beaver/Cub/Scout/Explorer to come along on the Group Camp on 15-17 May, can you please complete the form below and return it to your section leader before the event. Also attached is a suggested kit list for the camp. If you have any questions about the camp or the kit list, please just ask. Medicines: If you Cub required medicines over the weekend, can you please make sure they are in a named plastic bag with written instructions and handed to a leader upon arrival. Dietary: If your young person has any specific dietary requirements (including allergies and special diets) can you please let your Colin or Brian know as soon as possible ([email protected]) so that we can cater for them. What not to take: anything electronic, phones, iAnythings, cameras, anything that you would care if it was lost/got wet or trodden on. The young people will be in large communal tents and are not renowned for being tidy, so please don’t send anything valuable. Money: There will be no opportunities this weekend to spend any money. Helping out. If you fancy coming along for all1 or part of the weekend, then please let us know. There are plenty opportunities to assist with the activities with the young people, or to help the team running the camp in the background. It is a great way to see what we do on our camps and get involved in making it a really rememberable weekend for your kids. Colin Desmond – Group Scout Leader Brian Summers – Scout Leader 1 To stay on site between the hours of 2am and 6am, you will require a CRB or DBS with us.
