As a resident of the Barrie area for over 25 years I am a local expert. I grew up wanting to be a
Realtor and now I am living my dream. When I am not working as a full time Realtor, I am
spending time with my wife Annie who is from Pittsburgh, PA, my daughter Britton and my dog
Bailey. In the winter months you can find me on the lacrosse field playing for the Toronto Rock of
the National Lacrosse League. I also love to play golf.

don’t aggressively try and sell the property
themselves.
In addition to the extensive online efforts, I will
market your home proactively in a number of
ways. I will network your property throughout the
real estate community to see who has buyers
looking for a property like yours. I will initiate my
just listed program, conduct an Open House, and
will advertise in local newspapers. A full colour
booklet will be designed and left for you to display during showings. Buyers will take this book
with them and will be reminded about your properties features and pictures. Not to be forgotten, I
utilize the old school approach of “WHO is most
likely to buy” and then think outside the box on
how to reach your properties target buyer group.
