Crotched Mountain is dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities and
their families, embracing personal choice and development, and building
communities of mutual support. Throughout our history, Crotched Mountain’s
expertise across a breadth of services has been a source of hope for thousands
of people who often have had nowhere else to turn. With a mission of service
to people with significant disabilities, injuries, and chronic health conditions,
administered through a network of programs that cover the lifespan, Crotched
Mountain’s commitment to individuals and families is unique and needed
more than ever.

Classic ensure an excellence of services provided by our network of school, hospital and residential

Make sure Monday June 29, 2015 is on your calendar to join me for the 13th Annual Crotched
Mountain Golf Classic. As we enjoy a round of golf and terrific camaraderie, we support one of the finest
organization dedicated to providing transformative programs and services for people with disabilities and
their families. For the past 12 years, the Golf Classic has raised over $475,000 - funds that have
literally transformed lives. Please join our premier sponsors Public Consulting Group, RBC Wealth
Management-Nashua, New Hampshire, USI, New England, and the families and friends of Crotched
Mountain’s exceptional students and clients.
Begin the day with a complimentary Continental Breakfast at registration prior to the Shotgun Start at
9:00 am. During your relaxing day of golf participate in the Putting and Longest Drive contests to win
some great prizes. Our Hole-in-One contest winner will receive $10,000! We’ll entice you to complete
your day with a delectable buffet, entertaining live auction, nifty raffle prizes and special tournament
awards.
Space is limited to the first 32 teams and supporting sponsors. We reach capacity early at this
“not-to be-missed” event, so I encourage you to sign up well in advance of our June 15, 2015 deadline.
