Pre-registration reserves a spot in the camp, a
certificate of attendance, and a t-shirt. Preregistration information must be received by
Friday, May 22, 2015. Pre-registration must
include the form at the bottom of this page, and
cash, check, or money order payable to:

CAMP FEATURES
Concessions/Snacks
 Teach Basic Football Skills: Throwing,
Catching, Running, and Punting
 Film Session
 Punt/Pass/Kick Competition
 Encourage a positive attitude,
sportsmanship and work ethic
 Provide an opportunity to meet the players
 Meet the Coaches and also have fun
A concession stand will be available to purchase
Gatorade, water, snickers, chips and hot dogs. A
camp bank will be set up for campers to put
money on their account to purchase items daily.
Whatever is not used will be returned on the last
day. Campers can also pay as they go.

assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Crowley ISD, its coaches, employees, agents from liability from any and all claims
including the negligence of Crowley ISD, its coaches, employees, agents, resulting in personal injury, accidents, illnesses (including death), and property
loss arising from, but not limited, to participation in the North Crowley Football Camp.
