Who is eligible to apply for YEP? Any student that is currently enrolled in a school in the Wilmington area in the 7th grade or
higher and is recommended favorably for YEP by a school official/teacher is eligible to apply. Space in the program is limited and
competitive.
Submission of application: Students that submit an application by the deadline will be notified of their acceptance to YEP within
2 weeks by email. Accepted students will be instructed to register and pay the program fee of $60 at that time. Scholarships are
available based on financial need. Registered students and at least a responsible adult family member/guardian will be expected
to attend the required orientation on July 12, 2015, 3:00-4:30pm, to complete medical release and other required program
participation forms. Please submit this application by any one of the methods below:
