3) PM Tee-Off (Peninsular Malaysia) : Registration & Light Lunch -11.45am | Shot - Gun tee-off - 12.45pm | Dinner & Prize Presentation - 6.00pm.

2015 Tournament Rules & Regulations
Organization
The tournament is organize & Manage by CSSB Promotions S/B and conducted according to the Rules of Golf as approved by R&A Rules Limited and the Local Rules of participating golf clubs. The decision of the Tournament
Committee is final in the event of any disputes regarding the play within the tournament.
Participation
The tournament is opened to all Amateur players with a valid MGA/NHS Handicap. Golfers who have qualified for the Thailand’s leg are not allowed to participate in the remaining qualifying legs.
Handicap
All Participants shall be assigned a handicap of the day based on their USGA indexes against the slope rating of that club. Participants may not adjust their handicap unless verified by their latest MGA handicap card.
Failure to declare the latest handicap at any time may result in disqualification. Men shall play off the blue tees and women off the red tees unless otherwise specified. Maximum handicap for men is 24 and 36 for ladies.
Mode Of Play - Individual Stableford, with 1 Overall Gross prize.
Medal - The Field For The Day Will Be Divided Equally Into 2 Medals (A & B) Based On Usga Index (Verified By MGA) Of 120 Players And Will Be Determine A Day Before The Tournament.
Rewards And Prizes
There will be 1 overall best gross and 4 main prizes awarded in each Medal A & B.
2 of the main prizes are an invitation to participate in the Thailand’s leg where all expenses are paid for*. And it varies from leg to leg as to which prize is the invitation. This will be specified in the registration form.

Novelty prizes: 1 each for Nearest To Pin, Nearest To Line, Longest Driver & Hole-In-One, 1 Sure-To-Win Hole-In-One and many more Lucky Draws to be awarded to the participants.
The organizer reserves the right to replace any of the prizes (without altering the retail value of the prize) as deemed fit without consultation with the winner.
Hole-In-One:
A Peugeot 508 worth more than RM150,000.00* Sponsored By MPIB Is nominated for 1 designated par 3 in all the 10 preliminary legs, if there is more than 1 achiever, the prize shall be shared equally.

Amateur Status
(Rule 3-2.a – General Rules Of Amateur Status) An Amateur golfer must not accept a prize (other than a symbolic prize) or prize voucher of retail value in excess of 500pounds or the equivalent. The organizer is duty bound to inform
the national sanctioning body the details of the winner who receive prizes exceeding the abovementioned amount. CSSB promotions and its sponsors shall not be liable for any action taken on participants for any breach of Rules
pertaining to Amateur Status.
On Count Back (Ocb)
All ties shall be decided on count back over the last 9 holes on the card, the last 6 holes, the last 3 holes and the last hole in that order. If the tie is still undecided, the lower handicap shall take precedent and finally on a hole by hole
basis from hole 17 to hole 1.
Terms & Conditions of invitation to Thailand’s Leg:
1) The 3 winners from each leg will be invited to take part in the 4 Days 3 nights Thailand’s leg from 13-16 September, 2015. Players who withdraw from the Thailand’s Leg for whatever reason shall not be reimbursed by any form, cash or otherwise.
2) The package includes KUL-BKK-KUL tickets on economy class, Airport tax and fuel surcharge, twin-share hotel accommodation for 3 nights, transfer in between Bangkok Airport, hotel & golf club, and 2 rounds of golf.
Return air travel from EM to KLIA/KLIA2 – Applicable to East Malaysia’s winners only.
3) All players are to bear other miscellaneous charges which are not included in the above package and will be duly informed before the event takes place.
Winners Eligibility - ALL STAFF of CSSB Promotions and her associate companies, sponsors and hosting club of CSSB OPEN 2015 will not be eligible to win any prizes except for lucky draw prizes when participating in the tournament.
Weather - in the event that the tournament has to be abandoned due to unfavorable weather condition, then the tournament committee can decide on the distribution of prizes and their decision is final.
Liability - CSSB Promotions S/B and her sponsors will not be responsible for any loss, damage or harm, or any form of injuries that the golfers of the tournament may suffer as a result of participation in this tournament.
Publicity - CSSB Promotions S/B reserves the right to advertise the details of the winners in any form as deem fit by them including the golfer name, photographs and quotations.
Attire - Golfers are expected to be properly attire as required by the golf clubs. Golf shoe with only soft spikes is allowed at all golf clubs.
Slow Play - The attention of all competitors is drawn to the Rules of Golf 6-7 governing undue delay. In the interest of fair play, the committee will not hesitate to impose the penalties set out by the rule.
Score Cards Submission - All participants are required to submit their scorecard immediately after completing the 18-hole game. Any delay in submitting scorecard 10 minutes after the last flight came in, will result in disqualification.
All scores shall be written clearly in numeric form, symbolic and any other forms will not be recognized.
Terms And Conditions
Payment must be received to confirm booking on first come, first serve basis. All successful applicants will be notified by EMAIL/SMS within 5 working days. You should have your own valid golf insurance. NO REFUNDS for cancellation,
however, it can be transferred to another golfer by written notification to the organizer within 5 working days prior to the event. *The Organizer reserve the right to refuse entries without providing any reason whatsover.
