 Dear Potential Sponsor/Vendor, Connecticut Rush Soccer is a part of Rush Soccer, which is the largest premier soccer club in the US with over 41,000 members. CT Rush Soccer club is proud to announce the 2nd annual CT Rush Columbus Day Challenge soccer tournament. The tournament will be held on October 10th and 11th, 2015 in Wilton, CT. The prior tournament exceeded typical "new tournament" expectations, and established the CT Rush Columbus Day Challenge as a top fall tournament destination in CT. At last year’s tournament over 50 teams participated from CT, MA, NY and other Region 1 areas and joined in the fun and competition at our playing fields located in Wilton, CT. The families of the 2000 participating players/parents/grandparents are believed to have spent on hotels, food, coffee and sports shopping, The hard working volunteers from the CT Rush Soccer Club are currently planning and preparing to make this year's CT Rush Columbus Day Challenge even better than last year's, and we've identified your business as one that could contribute to the excitement. We have already started our marketing process and anticipate over 100 + teams from CT, NJ, NY, MA and other states in New England. This will add up to over 1,500 families and 3000-­‐5000 people at the tournament each day. Several different types of sponsorship opportunities are available, which could help your business tap into this potential market, and also support the vitality of our community through youth sports. The breakdown of available sponsorship levels, and their benefits, is as follows: Sponsorships Bronze Level: $500 Sponsorship (Number Not Limited) • Receives recognition on tournament website, and in all communications between tournament committee and the participating teams. • Receives the opportunity to display a 3’x5’ sign at one of the tournament’s playing fields (sponsor provided) • Receives a half-­‐page color ad in the tournament program that is given to each tournament coach and family. • Receives the opportunity to add one stuffer to the program bag. (Stuffer ad to be supplied by sponsor) Silver Level: $1000 Sponsorship (Total of Eight Available) • Receives recognition as outlined for Bronze level above, plus... • Receives tournament trophy for permanent display at Sponsor’s place of business as a display of our thanks. • Receives a full-­‐page color ad in the tournament program (in lieu of the half-­‐
page ad above). Gold Level: $2500 Sponsorship (Total of Four Available) • Receives recognition as outlined for Silver level above, plus... • Receives the opportunity to place a booth/tent in the tournament “midway”, and interact with the marketplace “onsite” at the tournament. • Sponsor’s Logo to be displayed on the Tournament T-­‐Shirt. Elite Level: $10,000 Sponsorship (One Available) • Receives recognition as outlined for Gold level above, plus... • Recieves recognition on each trophy handed out. • Receives “naming” and/or “sponsored by” rights to the tournament. For example, the CT Rush Challenge –sponsored by ‘Your Company Name Here’. Vendors Elite Level: 15-­‐25% of Sales Revenue and $200 base fee for each location stand (Total of 10 Available) •

(20-­‐50 teams, or 300-­‐750 rooms) Hotel link will be set up in our tournament website during team registration. Additionally, we welcome sponsors for specific items such as the following: Product or Services Sponsors – Some sponsor(s) may elect to donate “product” (i.e. food, beverage, etc.), which the tournament volunteers could then sell to the public. Others may donate “services” (i.e. port-­‐o-­‐lets, tents, generators, etc.), for use during the tournament. Those sponsors would receive recognition as per the levels above, depending on the actual realized dollar value for the product or service donated.
