Cumbamed Associates Limited is a Training and Management Consulting firm registered
to practice in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We know that the expectation of every employer is the evolution of a competent, capable,
highly motivated, ethical and able work force whose projection must be the attainment of
organizational goals. However, there is usually a gap between actual performance and
established performance standard productivity. Thereby, productivity and goals of the
organization suffer.
Cumbamed Associates Limited embarks on training scientifically, with our focus centered
on improving of the trainee and the organization, which is our client. Our vision is to elevate
practitioners in various sectors of the economy for greater service to this nation and encourage
ingenuity in restoring the dignity of Africa.

We doggedly employ the three cardinal phases of training - Assessment, training and evaluation.
We give lectures, case studies, film shows, syndicate work and exercises.

We use both qualitative and quantitative evaluation tools to determine how much of our set
targets we were able to achieve during the project. We evaluate outcomes of trainings, by
soliciting answers to four basic questions:




Did change occur?
Is the change due to training?
Is the change positively related to organizational goals?
Will similar changes occur with new participants in the same training programme?
Our evaluation continues well after the duration of the training programme, with regular
correspondence maintained with the trainees and their organizations.
Quality control
Cumbamed Associates has made Quality Assurance and Quality Control an integral part of the
services we render to our various clients using tested managerial strategies, efficient operational
processes, inbuilt checks and quality assurance tools in achieving excellence on all services
offered.
We have integrated Total Quality Management approach of doing it right – the first time and
all the time in our strategic and operational modules.
Monitoring and Evaluation systems
These we accomplish through a comparison of basic line and end line survey reports. We also
do a comparative assessment of targets set in relation to targets achieved. Monitoring and

Not only does Cumbamed Associates offer training, it also follows up on coaching and
mentoring services. In addition, we appoint competent supervisory personnel to evaluate
productivity in relevant areas.
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Cumbamed Associates has prepared a list of specific Training Programs. We will build your
organizational capacity by training your staff on different levels of their assignment and how it
affects your overall organizational goals.
Upon approval, Cumbamed Associates will discuss specific expected outcomes with your
management and follow through to ensure that those outcomes are achieved in the course of
implementation.
Training location
Cumbamed Associates is flexible and willing to explore cost effective training options and other
logistics involved in bringing staff to specific locations. Therefore, the location may depend on
your management’s decision.
However we may want to strongly suggest that the training be conducted out-of-sight to allow
for full concentration, although in some cases, we do reckon that some companies prefer to
have it at closer proximity. Ultimately, as long as it goes well with our esteemed client, it goes
well with us too.

Dr. Dale Ogunbayo, MBBS, MBA, AMNIM.
With acknowledged dexterity in training on management skills, Dr. Dale serves as the managing
partner and as an indispensable resource person to the company for concept development and

Jide Ogunmekan

Director
Jide, one the company’s Director has a professional training in Information Technology Systems. He
heads EMPORG (a leading I.T Solutions firm) whose software solutions are still being utilized in
numerous organizations for inventory management, human resource management and sales
monitoring.
Oluseyi Macaulay is an education, leadership and project management consultant with over
twenty eight years of corporate experience both in the public and private sectors. He is a
certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics
from University of Ife now Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, a postgraduate diploma in
Computer Science from of the same university, a UNESCO/UNDP sponsored Masters degree in
