Fairmount Park. We will arrive at
Fairmount Park via deluxe motorcoach at
11:40 a.m. Up to the Black Stallion Room
we go for reserved dining, and a good day of
fun, excitement and hopefully some luck.
We will enjoy a delightful All You Can Eat
luncheon buffet. This spread will offer

DAY TRIPS: A letter of confirmation will be sent to you confirming pickup location and times 7-10 days prior to event date.
OVERNIGHT TRIPS: A deposit is required upon reservation. You will be sent an invoice which will indicate the balance due as
well as when it is due. Two-three weeks prior to our departure date you will be sent any necessary travel documents with more
specific details. This will outline schedules, meals and any details needed for packing.
CANCELLATION REFUNDS: To qualify for a full refund on day trips: Cancellation must be made by the reservation deadline
date unless a replacement traveler can be substituted. On Overnight trips medical trip cancellation insurance is offered.
If cancellation occurs after final payment date and no replacement traveler can be substituted, the insurance company will be
contacted to begin the refund process.We always try to secure rates, but on a rare occasion they are subject to change. We use
several modes of transportation and if a surcharge is incurred we will have to pass that on.
