Vehicle Requirements to ship your vehicle from ports of Jacksonville, FL, Port
Everglades, FL to San Juan, PR
1. Copy of Title (Or original letter of authorization from the Financial Institution, if financed.)
2. Pre-payment (By Certified Check, Money Order, Visa or Master Card only.)
3. Driver License (owner), If owner is not present to deliver, a letter of authorization from the
owner must be granted to the party making shipping arrangements.
4. Call to make Booking Reservation by calling our Auto-Team Specialists @ 866-205-2425.
Please ensure to have the following information, when calling to make a booking:
Shipper/Consignee Name and Address, EIN# of the Shipper, Year, Model, Make of the Vehicle,
Value, and Last 6 Numbers of the VIN.
Vehicle Requirements to ship your vehicle from port of San Juan, PR to Ports of
Jacksonville FL, Port Everglades, FL

3. Driver License (owner), If owner is not present to deliver, a letter of authorization from the
owner must be granted to the party making shipping arrangements.
4. Vehicle registration.
5. Certificate from Centro de Servicios Al Conductor (CESCO) indicating vehicle is free of fines (valid
for 2 days).
6.$10.00 voucher from Internal Revenue Department (Colecturia). We do not accept stamps.
7. Receipt showing vehicle has been pressure washed (motor,undercarriage,and exterior).
8. Motor Vehicle Exportation Certificate from Division of Stolen Vehicles.
9. Call to make Booking Reservation by calling our Auto-Team Specialists @ 866-205-2425.
Please ensure to have the following information, when calling to make a booking:

Value, Last 6 Numbers of the VIN.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure any vehicle delivered and tendered for export
must contain no more than one-quarter tank of fuel as per 49CFR 176.905 (a) (2). Failure in doing so
will delay the shipping of your vehicle and additional storage charges may apply.
2. Non running vehicles will accrue an additional $150.00 fee.
Exceptions: Sea Star Line no longer accepts "Non Operating/Running Vehicles" in Port Everglades,
FL.
3. No additional items may be left inside the vehicle or there will be a minimum additional cost of
$350.00 depending on the cargo.
Please note Sea Star Line will not be held responsible for any missing items.
4. There may be an additional charge of $50.00 if USDA inspects and requires re-washing of the
vehicle.

Insurance: $25 for each $1,000 declared. Vehicle must be no more than seven years old.

PICK UP OF VEHICLES IN JACKSONVILLE FL, PORT EVERGLADES FL
Upon arrival in the USA, vehicles are subject to USDA inspection. Upon release, Sea Star Line will
contact customer to pick up vehicles. (Customer should ensure that they are contacted prior to
making arrangements to pick up vehicle)
Free time in the United States is 7 Working Days from the day of arrival.
PICK UP/RELEASE OF VEHICLES IN SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO
Please contact Customer Service to verify release of your vehicle (Approximate release time frame
is one day after arrival)
Free time in Puerto Rico is 7 Working days from the day of arrival.
Before Sea Star Line can release any vehicle in San Juan, PR the Tax Office (Arbitrios) requires
payment of all import duties. Arbitrios will require payment in the form of cash, money order,
certified check, or ATH Card
