Pool games may end in a tie.
In bracket play if there is a tie after the game is completed with innings or time has expired then
in the first extra inning we will go to the international tie breaker with the last completed batter
being put on second base, if we go to a second extra inning then the last two completed at bats
will go on 2nd and 3rd base, after that any inning played the last three completed at bats will be
put on 1st, 2nd and 3rd and these will be done in the order of the last three completed at bats.

effect.
