Dear Rotarians,
It is my great honor and pleasure to invite you to attend the 90th District Conference and
Assembly that will be hosted in the Leisure Lodge Beach & Golf Resort, Diani - Mombasa,
on 16th to 18th April 2015.
Like the enduring spirit of Rotary, to change lives, the aura and the beauty in the
hospitality of the coastal town of Mombasa endures on over the years. This has remained
the most popular retreat destination for decades, hosting tourists from all over the world.
As in the early days, it remains a center of rich cultural heritage, architectural innovation
and great character, a major trading post, distribution hub, and a great resource town.
Mombasa offers a diverse cultural history. Even today Mombasa still boasts its great
characteristics and contrasts - with undoubtedly one of the best white sandy beaches
in Africa. Mombasa’s warm waters of the Indian Ocean cater to all types of visitors:
conference tourists; family and children.
Mombasa, also known as “Pwani” is the unique place with a mixture of breath-taking
scenes from game park to oceans with friendly, kind, and generous people among
historical sites, museums and a modern city. It is the multicultural, sophisticated, and
vibrant venue with warm hospitality in which you should come to experience in person.
This Conference will bring together professionals and business people form
the entire District and beyond. A rich networking table will be laid for all
participants and who knows, you might just meet your business or career
destiny at the beach. The DCA program will not be “as usual”. We intend

Aligned for you at the 90th DCA are next-level, thought-provoking speakers cut out for top notch business
people and professionals. An all inclusive world-class range of entertainers await Rotarians and their
families at the coastal town of Mombasa.
The 90th DCA program has standard components including plenary sessions, which will inspire and inform
Rotarians. Workshops will also be conducted on subjects of interest to every Rotarian. Other distinct parts
of the Convention include special luncheons, dinners and entertainment. Delegates will also be able to
purchase Rotary merchandise and discuss projects and programs with experienced Rotarians and Rotary
Leaders.
